Support is optional, is not a Pro purchase, and does not unlock features. We do not issue charitable tax receipts.
We reply as soon as we can. Include your account email and a description of the issue.
For payment or voluntary-support issues, contact support with the date and amount. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law; contacting us does not automatically approve a refund. Any refund of a Pro purchase, including a partial refund, revokes access from that purchase. Free practice remains available.
Voluntary support does not create a subscription or unlock features. The planned 30-Day Pro is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. New Lifetime purchases are no longer offered; existing purchase records are retained.
Access from a disputed Pro purchase is suspended while the issue is reviewed. Restoration requires reviewing the payment outcome, any refund and the original access expiry; it is not automatic. Contacting support does not limit your rights through your payment provider or applicable law.
